Job Description

The customer is a leading supplier of IT solutions for government and NGOs in Switzerland and Lichtenstein. It is an innovative supplier of modern and effective IT-solutions in Switzerland with ambitions to expand its activities to other areas of Western and Southern Europe. Miratech is engaged in the project of full-cycle software application development in the Tax administration domain area (“from scratch” product for tax assessment). Miratech will use Agile approach to deliver the project.

Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze Client’s business needs and suggest solutions
- Work with Client’s product and IT teams to understand and document current/new processes and products requirements
- Perform existing requirements analysis
- Conduct requirement elicitation activities
- Document requirements by creating use cases, user and functional requirement specifications documents. Adhere to project documentation standards
- Visualize requirements by creating data flow diagrams and wireframes
- Support development and testing team in the understanding of requirements
- Participate in business testing of interim releases and give feedback to the development team

Qualifications
- 3+ years’ of experience in software development projects of complex enterprise solutions (please pay attention that experience in projects for customization/ maintenance/support of existing solutions or is not relevant, we are explicitly interested in then experience in the development of new solutions)
- You are a very good communicator and listener, as our Business Analysts have meetings with the Client on an everyday basis, independent in workload prioritization and getting things done and a team-player, as you'll work closely with teams from Miratech and the Client's side as well
- English – at least upper-intermediate, German is a plus
- Experiance in Fintech projects would be a plus
