Head of Legal (offline)
Requirements:
β 5+ years of experience
β Strong leadership and supervisory skills
β Business English C1 or higher
β Excellent verbal and written communication skills
β Professional and tactful interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a variety of personalities
β Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
β Bachelor of Laws
Responsibilities:
β Collaborate with all management staff to identify and deliver the required legal support operations for the company in all office locations;
β Maintain the organization's legal policies and procedures manual for all office locations;
β Draft and distribute different kinds of legal reports, analyze, and exhibit to company stakeholders and when required, to regulatory and government institutions;
β Monitor changes in legislation and provide legal assessment of decisions made on key issues;
β Manage risks and assess adverse consequences of making business in a specific jurisdiction;
β Ensure the organization's compliance with the national regulatorsβ requirements including applicable health, building, zoning, and safety licensing and certification requirements in all office locations;
β Handle strategic leadership from a legal perspective and work closely with legal staff and company executives;
β Advise legal and finance departments on key legal issues;
β Monitor changes and upcoming projects in the IT field in company offices jurisdiction and suggest new opportunities for running the company cost-effectively;
β In collaboration with the Human Resource department establish employee relocation processes and ensure employees support from a legal perspective;
