Learning and Development Manager Offline
What you will do
β Creating and executing learning strategies and programs
β Interacting with internal and external stakeholders as part of the learning programs management
β Designing and delivering learning courses, workshops and other training interventions
β Tracking program budgets and negotiating contracts
β Coordinating and overseeing the project teams working on a training program creation
β Supporting the organization as an advisor on L&D best practices
β Developing and curating content as well as supporting others to do the same
β Rolling out tools and effectiveness measures needed
β Encouraging an open and collaborative learning environment
What are we looking for
β Upper-Intermediate English or higher (B2+);
β 4+ years experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar;
β Expertise in creating and delivering programs, operational processes and training
β Track record of analyzing, designing, creating and delivering engaging training content
β Knowledge of learning and development approaches, learning models and best practices, and learning assessment
β Knowledge of effective learning and development methods
β Experience in project management and budgeting
β General technological proficiency
β Excellent communication and negotiation skills
β Ability to build rapport with various stakeholders
β Previous working experience in IT education is a plus
