Learning and Development Manager Offline

What you will do

● Creating and executing learning strategies and programs

● Interacting with internal and external stakeholders as part of the learning programs management

● Designing and delivering learning courses, workshops and other training interventions

● Tracking program budgets and negotiating contracts

● Coordinating and overseeing the project teams working on a training program creation

● Supporting the organization as an advisor on L&D best practices

● Developing and curating content as well as supporting others to do the same

● Rolling out tools and effectiveness measures needed

● Encouraging an open and collaborative learning environment

What are we looking for

● Upper-Intermediate English or higher (B2+);

● 4+ years experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar;

● Expertise in creating and delivering programs, operational processes and training

● Track record of analyzing, designing, creating and delivering engaging training content

● Knowledge of learning and development approaches, learning models and best practices, and learning assessment

● Knowledge of effective learning and development methods

● Experience in project management and budgeting

● General technological proficiency

● Excellent communication and negotiation skills

● Ability to build rapport with various stakeholders

● Previous working experience in IT education is a plus
