Scrum Master (offline)

Responsibilities:
- Creates a working environment based on values and principles from the Scrum framework
- Ensures SCRUM is well understood and enacted by Teams
- Protects the team from outside interference and distractions
- Encourages cross-team collaboration where necessary
- Leading of SCRUM teams
- Drive and moderate SCRUM ceremonies
- Encourages teams to take responsibility for the commitments they have made
- Helps to identify & resolve team impediments and plan interdependencies
- Contribute to the refinement and constant improvement of the tools and processes
- Supports the Team and Product Owner to collaborate to elaborate and prioritize the Team Backlog
- Acts as coach/mentor for Scrum team

Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience in delivering projects in a client-vendor relationship
- Communication, coaching, and mentoring skills
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Scrum Master
- You should understand backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, task definition
- Excellent understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principles
- Excellent time management, decision making, and organizational skills and be able to work well with others as part of a team on all levels

As a plus:
- Background in kanban environment
- Scrum Master certification
- Project Management experience
