DevOps Lead (offline)

You’ll be working at the international projects for a company-provider of an audit, consulting and financial advisory from the USA.
As a part of the DevOps team, you will contribute to a DevOps platform that helps to manage many projects.

Requirements:

4+ year of experience working in a DevOps role (having several years of previous experience as a systems engineer)
Experience leading a team or mentoring other engineers.(Scrum, code review, etc)
Proficient understanding of Git and Git flow.
Hands on experience with Azure DevOps yaml pipelines, Azure CLI, Azure Powershell, ARM templates
Hands on experience with designing High Availability system.(Disaster Recovery strategies, Failover, Backups, etc.)
Experience with designing CI/CD pipelines(SDLC, canary deployment etc.)
English — Upper Intermediate.

Will be a plus:

Experience of work with AWS — CloudFormation
Experience with virtualization and containerization

Responsibilities:

Leading our DevOps team to boost DevOps practices within a development process;
Automatization of project infrastructure deployment in Azure cloud;
Contribute to the development and maintenance of our CI/CD pipeline;
Develop the monitoring architecture and implement monitoring systems, dashboards, escalations, and alerts;
Active participation in the tools creation for automatization of all development process stages;
Participation in planning and standardization of the infrastructure for a new project (there is a probability of old one's migration);
