Customer support agent (Eng.) (offline)

Futurra Group is a fast-growing Ukrainian IT company. We successfully develop and promote our own products: cross-platform mobile-first products, applications, and casual games for iOS and Android, Smart Home products with 10+ million unique users every month. Now we are looking for Support agents.


Your everyday tasks:

- communicate with existing customers via emails and chats;
- handle customer billing complaints and issues;
- identify and troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions;
- work with customers' feedbacks on social networks and stores;
- cooperate with other team members to reach weekly/monthly goals.

Our target candidate:

- has excellent communication skills;
- has advanced or nearly advanced written English;
- is able to work at night shifts when they are available;
- has a desire to learn and grow in the company;
- is a customer-oriented and highly responsible person.
- It would be an advantage if you:
- have previous experience in Customer Support;
- worked with help-desk systems (Zendesk).
