The life of a recruitment consultant is dynamic and requires many different skills. One day you may be pitching to a client, the next you may be interviewing candidates for a job. You will learn about business development, professional service, revenue generation and much more. It is also a job where you change lives on a daily basis, for clients and individuals.

Your daily work will consist of:

- Building excellent relationships with candidates and clients

- Assessing and responding to each customer's needs to provide excellent and timely service

- Manage the entire candidate process from recruitment to quotation phase and beyond

- Giving advice to candidates on their resume and job interviews

- Manage and prioritize a large amount of work.

- In conjunction with senior management, maintains documentations of the company’s organizational structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
