What you need:
+ 5+ years of experience in HR, Operational Management
+ 3+ years in supervising teams larger than 5 employees
+ have wide experience of a business plans creation, handling budgets, software implementation, and monitoring performance with using related metrics
+ flexibility in order to improve and adapt to the needs and demands of the organization
+ strong problem-solving and decision-making skills that ensure successful human resources management
+ great interpersonal skills to effectively manage, interact, negotiate, and communicate
+ good sense of humor
+ be carrying about people and act as mentor for your team.

You will:
+ be responsible for Human Capital success supervising HR, Brand&Communications, Talent Management teams
+ be responsible for maintaining a highly engaging culture, fostering an environment with high levels of teamwork, humanity, accountability, open-mindedness and vision to employees
+ help company to continue new locations expansion and involvement of remote contractors
+ help company to be in line with digital trends
+ effectively plan, design, develop and evaluate human resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals
+ oversee the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave
+ disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development
+ facilitate professional development, training, and retention activities for your teams
+ monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
