β€” At least 2 years QA Manual experience in web
β€” Experience in non-functional tests such as Performance, Security, and Accessibility
β€” Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
β€” Strong written English skills (mostly technical English)
β€” Excellent communication skills in English and Russian (both written and spoken)
β€” Excellent manual testing skills
β€” Good project documentation skills
β€” Experience in writing project documentation
β€” Excellent time management and organizational skills
β€” Good experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence)
β€” Ability to forge and balance strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and customers

Goals
Company goals for the candidate that should be solved:
β€” Create and maintain test infrastructure (test management software, test plans, test cases, test scenarios, etc.)
β€” Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
β€” Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
β€” Perform thorough smoke/regression testing when bugs resolved
β€” Overall responsibility for successful quality control of the project
β€” Interaction with Project Managers, Development Team and others as needed to fix blockers and move a project towards a successful finish
β€” Write project documentation and user guides
β€” Participate in continuous processes improvements
β€” Help with writing QA documentation on the company level
β€” Help team meet deadlines and milestones

Day-to-day Responsibilities
Responsibilities that candidate will have on a daily basis.
β€” Interaction with Project Manager and Development Team
β€” Manual testing for all assigned projects
β€” Do regression testing
β€” Write and maintain projects documentation
β€” Help team members with their requests to tests or check anything
β€” Create and maintain test plans and test cases
β€” Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to create a roadmap for project testing including manual and automated tests before the project kick-off
β€” Prepare questions for clients
β€” Communication with the team via Slack, Basecamp, Email, GoToMeeting
β€” Transition all the feedback into Jira tasks and requirements
β€” Help Project manager setting up the priority for features, tasks, bugs, and defects that may appear on a daily basis
β€” Be ready for the live Demo with client
β€” Help write and maintain QA Documentation about processes and workflows
β€” Be curious and eager to learn.
