Head of Sales Team (Software for Small Business) (offline)

Requirements:
• 3+ year experience in sales team management;
• Experience with Dialer system and CRM (
• Experience in small business Software sales
• Experience to build international Sales Team and working with team of 10+ employees
• Experience of managing of Call-Center function is a plus
• Excellent spoken and written English;

Soft skills needed:
• Great leadership skills and high level of accountability, reliability
• Ability to manage team: hire, develop KPI system and metrics, control, educate and motivate the team
• Experience to build strong client pipeline
• Proactive approach;
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills
• Listening;


Responsibilities:
• Build a Sales Team from scratch
• Define KPI system and metrics for effective sales strategies
• Implement Dialer system and CRM
• Hands-on professional with a strong closing sales skills
• Ability to handle escalations and proactively resolve customer issues
