Junior sales manager/ lead generator (offline)

Working as part of the 7 Fridays team, the Lead Generator will be responsible for making entry communication to companies or potential leads. He/She will be researching these potential leads in our database and updating information (Hubspot CRM), in order to find out how we can meet the changing needs of the markets.
The Lead Generator will take ownership of generating new leads for the business aiming to maximize the potential received from a connection with an excellent communication manner and upbeat outlook. In addition to this, the Lead Generator will convert cold leads from Upwork and LinkedIn into qualified appointments, and pass these leads on to the Sales manager in order to make sure that the client will have the best possible experience.
Responsibilities
- To act as an ambassador for the business.
- To be responsible for making communication on a daily basis using data provided.
- To work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors.
- To convert communication to new business leads.
- Meet and exceed KPIs
- To inform potential client's about our company, brand and services.
- To use company databases to gain potential leads.
- To be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business.
- To input and maintain information onto the company database.
- To build relationships with colleagues and clients.
- To deal with clients in a professional manner at all times aligned to our brand values.
- To ensure service is prompt, polite and professional standards are kept.
- To assist with other departments as required

Person Specification
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good verbal and written skills
- A positive approach to objection handling is essential
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- You must be financially motivated, energetic and reliable with a hunger to succeed.

- An interest in the Technology and a genuine passion for our services will be invaluable.
- A good knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of the following:
a) Microsoft Office and associated systems
b) Google Sheets
d) Social Networking (LinkedIn)
e) Upwork Platform
