Project Manager (offline)

Requirements
- At least 3+ years experience in managing teams
- Deep experience setting up and managing processes for a project/program from scratch
- Practical experience with Agile (Scrum and Kanban) methodologies
- Communication, problem solving and leadership skills
- Creation, maintenance, monitoring of project documentation
- Possess effective problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Tracking and monitoring projects using Jira, Confluence, YouTrack
- Resource planning and allocation
- Technical background

Responsibilities
- Supervision and coordination of processes within the project team
- Decomposition of tasks, analysis of requirements and achieving targets according to sprint goals
- Project planning (resource planning, sprints and releases planning, setting deadlines)
- Communication and reporting to customers
- Monitoring and control over project documentation
- Holding meetings, scrum-meetings, discussion and approval of project - implementation with clients
- Managing communications between customers and employees
