Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS) (offline)

Infopulse welcomes a talented Senior DevOps Engineer, a professional who will join a new project for our respectable client, BOSCH.

Our client BOSCH is expanding their current team, which mission is to build a new platform to support the management of equipment samples for well-known manufacturing companies.

Areas of Responsibility
Creating a hybrid cloud solution for electric bikes (eBike)
Administering hybrid cloud platform environment (AWS, Bosch IoT Cloud), including provisioning and operation of compute instances and other platform services, Kubernetes clusters, security, user and traffic management
Being responsible for the deployment and scaling of cloud systems
Automating infrastructure and ensuring it is configured and managed in a manner that provides confidence, robustness and can be maintained by developers themselves
Ensure real-time monitoring, logging and tracking of the key metrics and continuous improvement of processes
Operating and scaling cloud infrastructure and product development environments in a secure and speedy manner while working closely with our Software Developers
Being a part of a multicultural team and collaborate with Bosch departments all over the world.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as DevOps Engineer, deploying and scaling cloud systems
Practical experience in creating and managing Kubernetes clusters
Good understanding of automation technics and infrastructure-as-code with Terraform, Kops, Helm (or similar technology )
AWS (especially EC2, RDS, Elasticache, NoSQL databases, SQL databases)
Scripting with Python, Shell, Go or similar
Deployment of pipelines with Jenkins
Very good competencies in spoken and written English, German would be an asset
