Recruiter (offline) $1000-2500

Job Function:
-Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process;
-Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria;
-Identifiy and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization;
-Assist with job posting and advertisement processes;
-Screen applications and select qualified candidates;
-Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials;
-Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with the management;
-Collaborate with other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.

Requirements for candidates:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
-Excellent level of English (Π‘1+);
-At least two years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process, preferably in IT;
-Talent Acquisition certification is a plus;
-Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.;
-Widely developed professional network (in LinkedIn and in general);
-Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles;
-Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative;
-Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
-Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment;
-General understanding of the IT job market in other countries;
-Proficient with applicant-tracking and recruitment systems;
-Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Zoom, LinkedIn.
