Resource Manager tracks resources demand & supply flow for active and prospective projects to identify potential supply issues and facilitate their resolving by closely interacting with various teams and departments – Sales, Engineering Management, Talent Acquisition and Management, Finance, etc.

Resource Manager will be also responsible for, but not limited to, maintaining data integrity of professional services reporting systems as well as driving process and systems improvements.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Initiate and track resourcing for all potential and actual projects
Ensure that all joiners, leavers as well as all changes are identified, and all resources are assigned to proper projects
Run weekly RM meetings with Engineering, Recruiting and HR Management to discuss current resourcing situation and facilitate resolution of existing resourcing issues
Detect and resolve RM and Finance related risks and issues; escalate them to higher management if such issues cannot be handled independently
Recommend process improvements
Prepare and deliver various RM and Finance related reports and analytical materials, ensure their correctness and accuracy
Keep corporate resource management database up-to-date by obtaining necessary data from different sources and inputting them into the database
Participate in identifying and formulating of new features and functionality for the corporate resource management system
Detect possible issues and/or defects in the corporate resource management system operation, communicate them to the dedicated QA & Development team and verify their resolution

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
MUST HAVE:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance or related sphere
Background in Finance or Resource Management
Extensive computer literacy (MS Office, Internet tools)
Proficiency with MS Excel
Vast experience developing and delivering reports and analytical materials
Advanced English, both spoken and written
Strong analytical skills as well as the ability to present information clearly and concisely
Comfortable interacting directly with all levels of management and representatives of various departments and teams
Ability to work with lack of directions and handle situations of ambiguity
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease

WOULD BE A PLUS:
Experience working with business process automation systems
Experience working in IT and understanding of major programming technologies
