About the Project:
The project is an architectural and technological platform that provides common services to the customer’s partners and clients over APIs consumed as a service. The application development involves building highly available microservices that will be leveraged by partners and clients. The application provides guidance and technology selection and practices for cloud native, microservices patterns, and commonly used services.

Requirements:
Experience is playing the Scrum Master role for at least 2-5 years for a software development team that diligently applied Scrum principles, practices, and theory
Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban etc.
Knowledge of estimation and planning for agile projects
Understand the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
Experience in administering Burndown technologies, Retrospective formats, and handling bugs.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field

Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of the scrum team in Agile methodology
Responsible to facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings
Supporting and working with the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog
Create release plans including deliverables and the release deadline
Facilitate activities aimed to improve the efficiency of the development team
Removing impediments for scrum team or guiding the team to remove impediments
Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving
