Responsibilities
Developing effective job descriptions for different positions
Technical screening of CVs
Search, selection and evaluation
Interviewing & selection
Organizing a technical interview (planning, submitting a detailed CV and info, providing feedback etc.)
Filling up vacancies
Maintaining a database (CleverStaff)
Maintaining of required documentation
Research the target market
Take part in internal HR & Recruitment processes
Requirements
At least 1,5 year of experience as an IT recruiter
Providing full cycle of recruitment
Using different search channels, not only Linkedin
Understanding of technologies in the IT Industry
Good knowledge of IT market
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Team player
Analytical skills
Self-organization and responsible
Will be a plus
Intermediate English, both written and spoken
Working in product IT company
