HR Generalist (offline)

Key responsibilities:
• Recruitment (full cycle)
• Internship program organization
• Onboarding and adaptation
• Performance appraisals (career planning, grades)
• Vacations/seek leaves management
• Corporate communications (internal social media, meetings, traditions etc.)
• Corporate events organization, wellness programs
• Trainings organization
• HR policies and procedures development
• Budgeting, planning, reporting

Key requirements:
• Higher degree
• 3+ years of professional experience in HR (in IT consulting - advantage)
• Knowledge of HR processes
• English - Intermediate
• Careful listener and clear communicator
