Affiliate Manager (offline)

You will
• Searching for new partners (webmasters, affiliates, products/platforms) and arranging the cooperation with them;
• Getting favorable terms of cooperation with partners for the company;
• Preparing webmasters for work in the affiliate programs;
• Interacting with current partners and their support;
• Control and retention of partner traffic;
• Consulting partners on conversion funnel optimization;
• Supporting partners in settling disputable issues, consulting on the use of the company’s products;
• Collaboration with internal departments of the company;
• Managing company’s content;
• Increasing brand awareness of the affiliate program among webmasters and affiliates (presence in chats and events);
• Initiating and controlling the payment of rewards to Affiliates.


Requirements
• 4+ year experience in affiliate marketing;
• Collaboration experience with webmasters / advertisers / affiliate programs;
• Ability to work with statistics and perform superficial traffic analysis;
• Strong analytical skills and high stress resistance;
• Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing and understanding of different types of traffic sources;
• Knowledge of various performance based pricing models (CPA / CPL / eCPM + CPC, Revenue Share);
• Excellent skills in effective negotiations;
• Ability to KPI;
• Ability to set up competent tasks to developers and designers;
• Ability to analyze, identify effective traffic funnels;
• Strong organizational and time management skills;
• High level of English;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
