Senior Affiliate Manager (offline) $2000-5000

We are looking for senior affiliate manager who is ready to dive into work as much as possible and communicate with our affiliates and company.

Required skills:

Excellent knowledge of CPA, CPL, CRG products.
High negotiation, decision making and problem solving skills.
English Intermadiate+.
Self organization and time management.
Some analytics skills for understanding statistics information.
Experience in Affiliate marketing, experience in the Crypto vertical will be a plus.
Readiness for business trips.
Be a team player, effectively interact with various functions within the company.

What you shouldn't do:
For integration we have tech specialist’s.
For balances with affiliates we have finance department.
For price’s collecting we have special manager.
Analytics and risk manager help you with quality of traffic.
For some basic tasks and information or feedbacks collecting you have your support.
which you get after your monthly internship.
Different dashboard and the ability to get help from an analytics which help you work efficiently and quickly.


What you should do:
Fast and productive communication with affiliates and company.
Build and maintain strong relationship with key partners.
Track, analyze and optimize campaigns.
Grow and become a mentor for junior employees.
Execute the FTD target for company.
Control the quality of his affiliate's traffic for overpayments and overall quality.
Understand the traffic market, the quality of the funnels and traffic, the power of companies on their GEO’s.
Full immersion in work at workplace.
Ability to ask on some question’s after working hours.
Readiness to travel in other countries.
