UX/UI Designer for long term work in SaaS Design Studio (offline) $700-1200

You'll be working on the web/mobile interfaces for Digital Products (SaaS). You might be designing something totally brand new, improving an existing feature, or rethinking how we do something.

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer who can work on Digital Products as well as help level up design standards and practices across the company.

Here's what you gonna be doing:
🔷 UX/UI design from scratch of the Digital Products (SaaS Web & Mobile Applications)
🔷 UX/UI design of the new modules and features for existing's Web & Mobiles Apps
🔷 Collaborating with Product Manager, Engineers & UX/UI Designer
🔷 Mentoring & giving feedback for more junior UX/UI Designer
🔷 Work on studio design needs (Case studies, Dribble shots, Company sie)
🔷 Actively learn, develop your skills and establish design standards, practices & process across the company

About you:
You are a generalist; you can get from the idea/problem through research, planning & prototyping straight to UI ready for implementation.

We believe the best designs come from someone who can see it all through, from ideas to visuals to the finished product.

You love to write, too. You understand that copywriting is design. The words matter as much as the pixels. Great visuals with weak words are poor designs.

You should care about how things are phrased as much as you care about how they look.

In your design process, you actively collaborate with the Product Manager & Engineers to design a solution that meets requirements and is technically feasible.

You have strong skills & experiences to rely on to lead and help junior UX/UI Designers.


Skills and competencies we are looking for:
✅ Intermediate English or higher. To be able to do user interviews/stakeholder interviews with native English speakers
✅ Strong UX/UI design skills & experience
✅ Being able to design Web/Mobile Products from idea to market
✅ Fluent with Figma and other design tools
✅ Have visual taste & empathy
✅ Basic understanding of the development process, mark up, layouts, responsive layouts
✅ Fundamentals of writing skills (Words matter as much as pixels)
