Junior IT Recruiter (offline)

Challenges:
— Perform a full cycle of the technical recruitment process.
— Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
— Onboard new hires
— Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work
— Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
— Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.

Requirements:
— Proven 1+ years of work experience as Technical Recruiter
— Hands-on experience with various interview formats
— Ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
— Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Ukrainian, Russian, and English
— Solid understanding of HR practices.

Will be a plus:
- Experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
