Technical Support Engineer (offline)

Qualifications & Experience:
Strong knowledge of client server architecture;
Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP);
Basic knowledge of HTML;
Knowledge of the formation principles of PHP queries;
Understanding the structural data output (XML, JSON, etc);
Technical problem solving skills;
Ability to learn and support new applications and systems;
Be a valuable and resourceful part of our team;
Excellent time management and prioritization skills;
Exceptional written and oral communication skills;
Intermediate English level is a big plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Performance analysis of the tracking system;
Server error analysis;
Provide technical support to managers;
Collecting and reporting data about errors to development department.
