We are extending our team and looking for a Business Analyst who will drive requirements gathering for new projects, estimation, and offer preparation together with the Sales and Production teams.

Together with the Sales Manager (SM), you will have many calls with business owners and stakeholders of various digital businesses to help them outline the requirements for the product they want to build. You will also help your internal team to create a backlog, estimate the project and prepare an offer based on the results and requirements.

This active role inside the sales team brings tons of experience as you will learn about hundreds of different businesses and how they work.

What you’ll help us with:
- identify and analyze project stakeholders
- conduct competitor analysis
- identify and analyze the client’s problem and business requirements
- determine the elicitation approach, conduct elicitation, and confirm elicitation results
- decompose business requirements into backlog consisting of epics and user stories
- validate and verify requirements
- provide onboarding to the project for development team
- participate in offer preparation together with SM

Here’s the experience that will help you to do the job:
- 1.5+ years of BA experience OR 1 years of PM and 1+ year of BA experience
- experience with epic and user stories concepts
- hand-on experience with Jira and Confluence
- customer communication experience
- Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level of English
- experience in working on the pre-sale phase

These skills will also come in handy:
- experience in working as project manager, SM
- understanding of the software development process
- understanding of the principles of Usability, UX
- structured knowledge of any BA standard — IIBA, PMI
