Who are we looking for?
Preferred skills and requirements:
- A business understanding of the IT outsourcing world.
- A knack for strategizing with using result-proved techniques and using the strategy to drive sales.
- Demonstrated business sense and leadership personality.
- Strong communication and selling skills.
- Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Highly organized and independent.
- Fluent English
- Has a passion for the IT industry and likes to track new trends.
- Sales expertise in the service IT company is preferred.
- Experience in scaling and automating sales business processes will be a plus.
- Work experience min 2 years

Responsibilities:
- Conduct TA analysis, market, and competitor research within each expertise Wise Engineering has.
- Initiate lead generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns.
- Identify areas of opportunity and act on them.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective clients.
- Create scripts, selling presentations, and other required materials to pitch and communicate with potential clients.
- Provide consistent and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to the management team.
