Digital Marketing (Growth) Manager (offline)

Responsibilities:

- Execute strategy for attracting leads from regular and unobvious channels for scaling the sales of a product with a positive ROI.

- Constantly generate ideas and conduct experiments. Performs A / B testing, quickly creates, tests and validates hypotheses. Knows how to measure and evaluate the result afterwards. It puts it on stream as business as usual

- Shares in a variety of digital channels - enough to use them as points of growth.

- Possesses advanced knowledge from SEO / PPC to outreach and affiliate. Offers sensible changes - from messages in ads to the color of buttons on the site.

- Set up advertisement campaigns in Facebook, Linkedin, Google (working with designers on creatives, setting up the campaign, gathering results and creating the report).

- Analyze the metrics for user engagement and website traffic by various analytics tools.

- Research competitors and target markets to implement new SMM ideas.

- Develop and review of implementation of technical tasks for better site SEO performance .

- Implement SEO tasks (semantics, content, optimization etc.)

- Regular reports of project’ efficiency.


Requirements:

- Has great results in the position of Digital Marketer on previous projects;

- 3+ years of experience in B2B IT product marketing

- Experience in creating, managing and launching customer-facing digital content campaigns

- Experience in setting up advertising campaigns in Facebook, Linkedin and Google

- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels.

- Excellent written English;

- Structured, able to plan his work and manage several projects at the same time;

- Own Internet marketing tools for engaging and retaining customers, knows how to count and increase their effectiveness.

- Over two years of experience in managing complex marketing campaigns

- Professionally works with all services and tools of Google, SMM, e-mail marketing

- Experienced in working with Google.Analytics, Google Adwords, ADS Manager
