Senior Information Developer/Technical Writer (offline)

REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in information development
- Strong knowledge of SDLC
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies/frameworks
- Proven experience in setting up documentation processes from the scratch
- Knowledge of the software documentation specifics and modern trends at an expert level
- Knowledge of technical documentation development methodology (DDLC) and its interdependence with SDLC
- Ability to estimate technical writing tasks on the existing projects as well as create estimates for prospects at an expert level
- Deep knowledge of various technical communication standards
- At least Upper-Intermediate level of English

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Validate/adjust/setting up documentation processes

- Support with creating the following document types:
Knowledge base
Architecture documentation (dependencies, technical overviews)
Business logic/UX flows
IT infrastructure reference (e.g., list of dev, test, and production environments)
API
Troubleshooting
Procedural: internal operational instructions (e.g., release deployment to production, environment setup)

-Knowledge management:
Information architecture (design and maintain knowledge base structure, eliminate “rogue” pages and spaces)
Document knowledge transfers
Diagramming: IT architecture & infrastructure, data flows, networks. Notations: flowchart, BPMN, UML, other notations are a plus
Design document templates and requirements (structure & content only; formatting is not important)
Estimate and review large volumes of documentation
