Middle Node.js Developer (offline)

Required skills
— 2+ years of commercial software development experience
— At least 2 years of Node.js experience
— Solid working knowledge of Node.js developing complex applications
— Experience with unit tests
— Solid working knowledge of MongoDB database
— Strong programming skills of JavaScript
— Experience with sockets/WebSockets
— Good debugging skills
— Knowledge of Linux, shell command-line, and scripts
— Thorough experience of RESTful service design, API design, and best practices for building resilient and maintainable distributed systems

As a plus
— General knowledge of Kubernetes
— Working knowledge of Docker
— Experience with other backend development language
— Analytical thinking skills

Responsibilities
— Development of an API backend service (cloud-based)
— Integration with existing third-party systems (OAuth, OpenID)
— Write unit tests
— Create and maintain technical documentation
— Communicate with clients (explanation of technical questions and requirements)
