- Manage and drive full-cycle recruitment process including coordinating, sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback and offers for all levels of candidates from entry to senior level for different operations roles
- Work closely with our hiring teams HRBP and hiring managers to take a holistic approach in building each organization
- Creating and deploying unique sourcing/hiring strategies to bring in new team members; thinking not just short term, but the long term needs of our hiring teams
- Track goals, metrics and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and results
- Being a brand ambassador and help us to develop our brand awareness
Your experience.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment 1+ years;
- Good knowledge of the local Ukrainian market and different recruitment tools/approaches
- Experience in designing and implementing an effective sourcing/hiring strategy
- Knowledge of recruiting searching methodology, sourcing tools
- Ability to find unique solutions to attracting, sourcing, closing, and retaining passive and active candidates
- Good skills in written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate+)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Thoughtfulness, flexibility and a positive attitude
- Mass hiring experience would be a plus
