Lead Generation Manager (offline)
β at least 2 years of prior experience working in an IT outsourcing company;
β understanding of software development processes and IT outsourcing business;
β desire and strong motivation to develop further as a sales professional;
β advanced English (written is a must);
β being proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented team player;
β experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc.)
β great experience with cold outreach & related tools;
β creative copywriting skills;
β business communication writing skills;
β good analytical and research skills;
β attention to detail;
β good understanding of human psychology;
Would be a plus
β knowledge of German or other languages;
β marketing background;
Responsibilities
β working closely with Sales Team on reaching sales targets;
β writing custom personalized follow-ups to the potential customers;
β creating lead generation campaigns from scratch;
β managing and improving lead generation campaigns;
β managing communication channels and communicating with leads;
β helping with organizing and preparation for business trips/roadshows;
β drafting custom business proposals;
β working with freelance platforms and searching for relevant opportunities;
β working with Sales CRM;
