Lead Generation Manager (offline)

Required skills
β€” at least 2 years of prior experience working in an IT outsourcing company;
β€” understanding of software development processes and IT outsourcing business;
β€” desire and strong motivation to develop further as a sales professional;
β€” advanced English (written is a must);
β€” being proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented team player;
β€” experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc.)
β€” great experience with cold outreach & related tools;
β€” creative copywriting skills;
β€” business communication writing skills;
β€” good analytical and research skills;
β€” attention to detail;
β€” good understanding of human psychology;

Would be a plus
β€” knowledge of German or other languages;
β€” marketing background;

Responsibilities
β€” working closely with Sales Team on reaching sales targets;
β€” writing custom personalized follow-ups to the potential customers;
β€” creating lead generation campaigns from scratch;
β€” managing and improving lead generation campaigns;
β€” managing communication channels and communicating with leads;
β€” helping with organizing and preparation for business trips/roadshows;
β€” drafting custom business proposals;
β€” working with freelance platforms and searching for relevant opportunities;
β€” working with Sales CRM;
