HR /IT recruiter (offline) $300-500

Requirements:
- 6+ month of real experience in full cycle of recruiting process in IT field;
- General understanding of technologies in the IT Industry;
- Good spoken/written English (intermediate and higher);
- Excellent communicational, sourcing and engagement skills.
Will be a plus:
- Completed IT Recruiter/HR courses;
- Knowledge of General HR processes, systems and tools;
- Hands-on experience with different sourcing channels and tools (like x-ray, boolean search).
Duties:
- Full cycle of the recruitment process, from sourcing till the job offer: search, selection and evaluation of candidates, preparation and presentation of job offers to the finalists;
- Maintaining the candidate database.
- Participating in various HR processes and activities (Birthday, corporate events, etc.)
- Working with social networks, promoting our employer brand.
