Data Scientist (offline)

Key skills:
• At least 2 years of hands-on development of complex Machine Learning models, ideally Python-based;
• Solid understanding of statistics and algorithms;
• Experience in collecting and analyzing data;
• Experience of working on end-to-end data science pipeline: problem scoping, data gathering, EDA, modelling, insights, visualizations, monitoring and maintenance;
• Experience in Python (NumPy, pandas, sklearn, xgboost);
• Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL);
• Research mindset with bias towards action — able to structure a project from idea to experimentation to prototype to implementation;
• Passionate and attentive self-starters, great communicators, amazing follow-through — you have a great work ethic and love the responsibility of being held accountable for the results.

Be a plus:
• Experience with Apache Airflow;
•Docker, Kubernetes;
•Experience with document-oriented databases (MongoDB);
• DL experience (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras);
•Experience with algorithms for logistics optimization;
•Experience with recommendation algorithms.

You will do:
• Working on full-cycle data science projects. Tasks will include data preparation, developing ML models and deploying them to production;
• Improve the quality of existing models;
• Research, prototyping models, gathering data and design architecture for solutions;
• Collaborate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
