Job Type: full-time (remote till the end of the year is possible)

Location: Kiev

Probation period: 2 month

Team size: 50 employees

Required English level: at least upper-intermediate level


New hires:

Designing and implementing an overall recruiting strategy
Making sure that new hires will become a great asset to the company
Making sure that candidates will have a cultural fit and will support companies values
Prioritizing vacancies list provided by hiring managers
Help with recruiting

Work as the best place:

Maintaining HRM tools to ensure they are up to the date
Making sure that employee information is correct and up to the date
Create accountabilities for new staff with the assist of department leads
Checking that level of compensation is in line with the market level and represent employees involvement and accountabilities
Making sure that on-boarding and off-boarding procedures are using best practices
Establishing employee objectives in line with organizational objectives
Supporting department in budget forecast providing raise plans and vocation plans
Creating policies and controlling vocation reserves usage of employees
Supporting hiring managers by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions analyzing information and applications
Guiding management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values
Participating in the organization of corporate parties and corporate activities
Support managers in the creation of growth and training plans for employees

Health check:

Organize regular employee feedback 1on1 gathering and preparing an action plan for problems resolution
Conducting periodical job satisfaction surveys, sharing results and preparing action plans for low satisfaction points or issues
Maintain employee retention and conduct exit interviews
Advising on discipline actions in general or specific employee


Minimum 3+ years of professional experience as an HR in IT companies
Good knowledge of English language
Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-changing environment
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Analytical, interpretative and decision-making skills
Ability to prioritize and effectively manage between day-to-day requests and proactively driving a more strategic people agenda
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Will be a plus:

Work experience in an outsourcing or outstaffing company
