Junior Recruiter (offline)

Responsibilities:

• Run an end-to-end recruitment process, providing a positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
• Keep recruitment reports accurate and timely updated
• Partner close collaboration with senior colleagues and HR department

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in IT Recruitment
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher — is a MUST
• Knowledge and understanding of the Ukrainian IT market
• Ability to conduct different types of candidate search
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and readiness for aggressive hiring plans
• Passion for recruiting and IT
