Currently, we are looking for a Performance Marketer who will join the fund’s Growth Team and help our portfolio companies to grow.

You will have the chance to impact international digital businesses, featured in TechCrunch and Forbes. Your work will impact innovative digital products and services that are changing the world. You will have the chance to implement best practices in performance marketing as well as propose innovative approaches for user acquisition, helping the companies to scale and grow.

---Your mission will be:---

• to develop and implement marketing strategy for external startups;
• to help with scaling of marketing departments in external startups.

---Your tasks will be:---

• to conduct market researches and implement best practices based on the analysis of competitors / strong market players;
• to help startups with development of marketing strategy and plans;
• to help startups with analyzing performance and its optimization;
• to launch campaigns on Facebook, Google, Snap, etc.;
• to mentor and support marketing specialists of external startups with performance issues.

---About you:---

• 2+ years of experience in media buying / traffic management / performance marketing;
• experience in promoting apps through various traffic sources (Facebook, Google, etc.);
• strong analytical skills and experience with analytical tools (Tableau, Excel etc);
• experience with analytical systems (Google Analytics, Amplitude);
• experience with tracking systems (AppsFlyer, Adjust).
