Description of key duties and responsibilities:

- To be responsible for Human Capital success supervising HR, Brand&Communications, Talent Management teams
- To be responsible for maintaining a highly engaging culture, fostering an environment with high levels of teamwork, humanity, accountability, open-mindedness, and vision to employees
- To help the company to continue new locations expansion and involvement of remote contractors
- To help company to be in line with digital trends effectively plan, design, develop and evaluate human resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals
- Oversee the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development
- Facilitate professional development, training, and retention activities for your teams
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.

Conditions & Space
