At least 2 years of experience in Delivery Management;
Hands-on experince in outsourcing business models (especially T&M);
Good knowledge in:
stakeholders roles of SDLC;
different delivery methodologies and definitions;
delivery methodologies (e.g. Agile, SCRUM);
issue tracking systems (e.g. JIRA, AzureDevOps);
tools for creating spreadsheets, presentations, diagrams.
At least 1 years of experience in Software Engineering will be a plus;
Fundamentals knowledge in Engineering:
Back-End, Front-End, Mobile, QA, DevOps, Data specific;
All development processes (e.g. Code Review, Refactoring, CI/CD, Testing, Branching Strategies, etc.);
Good level of English;
Good communication skills in general;
Leadership and people management skills;
Motivation to growth business, improve processes;
Hands-on experience in business models: Fix bids, Cost+;
Certifications on PMP, PMI, icAgile.
Drive the existing program (8+ FTE) to success including control execution, report status and ensure stable delivery.
Collaborate with client’s stakeholders on regular basis;
Performance management & delivery support;
Manage, monitor and motivate the team assigned to the program, lead different meetings (e.g. program town hall, SCRUM ceremonies);
Plan and monitor marginality and budget of the program projects;
Lead the team ramp up, ramp down processes (hiring, replacement/rotation management, talent allocations management, on-boarding and off-boarding);
Conduct project presentations and compile reports, report progress/status on a regular basis to client, internal management;
Support of the invoicing process.
