Billing Product Manager (offline)

Now we are looking for an experienced Billing Manager to join the team.

Requirements:
— 1-2+ years of experience in a payments/processing/billing manager role
— Understanding of payment systems & card payment methods.
— Good analytical skills and are proficiency in Excel (you are not afraid of pivot tables and complex formulas).
— Familiarity with the Visa & MC regulations
— Ability to look at situations from a risk-based approach
— Solid organizational, time management, and complex problem-solving abilities

Will be a plus:
— Work experience in dating, gambling, betting or any other high-risk vertical would be a plus.

Responsibilities:
— Daily monitoring of key payment metrics
— Manual check of transactions
— Transactions routing management
— Chargebacks management
— Approve ratio optimization
— New processing features implementation
