Tech Team Lead /Delivery Director (Node.js, React, Oracle) (offline)

We are looking for a Technical Team Lead / Delivery Director with extensive management experience who worked with E-Commerce enterprises and development (React.js, Node.js, Java, Oracle).

The company has earned a reputation of one of the most influential retail businesses in the US with headquarters in NewYork that became the main destination for photo and video professionals and amateurs alike.

It's a huge retail business with around 3000 employees that sells more video and photo equipment than Amazon!

As a Technical Team Lead, you should be a relationship-builder who feels comfortable growing and managing the team, acting as a problem solver and conflict manager, keeping everything working smoothly, both on tech and business side.

Work Schedule: flexible, predominantly standard UA business hours

Responsibilities:
managing a team (will start from 4 - 5 developers and potentially grow to 20-30)
being the main point of communication (daily communication with the team and business partners)
growing client’s IT division in Ukraine
being a tech consultant who will help in the hiring process
managing conflicts and providing feedback on each team member's performance

Main Requirements:
strong experience with JavaScript for both front-end and back-end development (React, Node.js)
Java is a big plus
Oracle database development experience
extensive management experience with enterprises in E-Commerce
ready for business trips to the USA (New York)
English level: Advanced
