About you
— Your working experience as HR/People Partner is at least 3 years
— Your leading or deputy experience is at least 1 year
— You are willing and able to build and optimize such processes as: new employees onboarding, learning and development, evaluation and motivation of employees, corporate culture.
— You have previous experience in IT field, understand technical terminology, familiar with Agile methodology, can speak same language with techies and clients
— You can easily communicate in English (upper-intermediate level or above)
— You are able to work in constantly changing environment and priorities
— You are ready for a large amount of online communication (meetings, correspondence in messengers) as well as on demand travel
— You are a creative person with a spacious mind and can feel the pulse of the people around you.
— You are the kind of person who thinks globally and is ready to find a way to implement the ideas and get things done.
— You know how to prioritize tasks and control the result, manage your time and use the resources of your team effectively.
— You are a leader rather than manager and can lead by example and bring added value to the business.
What you will do
— Take part in creation and implementation of the HR strategy corresponding to business goals and priorities
— Initiate and implement optimization of the main HR processes in the company, like: new employees onboarding, learning and development, annual evaluation and salary review
— Compose and introduce relevant procedures, check-lists to support changes
— Lead the team of HR partners (4 people)
— Interact with the recruitment team to ensure knowledge succession, risk mitigation and timely substitution of employees
— Interact with C-level management to articulate corporate values and culture, analyse and improve (if needed) main HR KPIs, like turn-over rate, engagement, etc.
