Business Analyst (offline)

Requirements:
• English — upper-intermediate and higher (verbal and written);
• Experience in business analysis 1,5 years;
• Knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Modeling notation (BPMN);
• Understanding of SDLC methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile);
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills;
• Understanding of API and integration with 3rd party services;
• Basic experience with data queries (SQL).

Responsibilities:
• Gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders, finding out clients’ business needs;
• Translation of requirements between developers and the business team;
• Formalization of requirements and their management;
• Holding training sessions for stakeholders.
