Sales Development Representative (offline) $1200-2000

Your role: At Maven, a Sales Development Representative is the first point of contact for prospects who come from outbound lead generation channels. As an SDR, your main goal will be to convert replies into sales-qualified leads by finding opportunities, identifying business needs, handling objections, and building relationships.

Who will you interact with: Sales Development Representative reports to the Account Executive Manager, communicates with the Data researcher, Delivery Manager, Project Managers, and the Marketing Department.

Must-have requirements:

1+ years of experience in direct sales;
Ability to build and scale client relationships;
Ability to unlock opportunities, frame a value proposition, and remove obstacles
Understanding of sales and lead generation principles, methods, practices, and techniques;
Strong communication and presentation skills;
Advanced research skills;
Experience with CRM systems;
Advanced English.

Could have requirements:

Higher technical education;
Experience in outsource or product company;
Knowledge of software development process and social networking.

Responsibilities:

Processing replies from outbound lead generation channels
Identifying opportunities and handle objections
Nurturing leads and build relationships
Converting marketing qualified leads to sales qualified leads
Forming value propositions in close collaboration with Account Executive
