Project manager KS (offline)

Skills and qualification are required:
- 1-3+ years of experience in managing IT projects;
- technical background (development experience/software testing/technology management/webcast) or practical experience;
- presentation skills;
- experience working with distributed/remote teams;
- understanding the main stages of the software life cycle;
- experience with flexible development methodologies;
- experience with clients: building contacts, managing expectations, getting feedback, discussing needs, reporting;
- risk management;
- experience in organizing and managing integration and acceptance testing processes;
- experience in maintaining project documentation in Ukrainian, Russian and English;
- self organized;
- proactive;
- result-oriented;
- required tools: Office 365, Google Suite, Jira, Confluence, MS Project (other planning tool).

Job responsibilities:
- management of the project deliverables respecting the timeline;
- communication with project stakeholders;
- project plan preparation and maintenance;
- management of daily project activities;
- monitoring of timeline, scope (plan and actual), and budget;
- analysis of project risks and dependencies along with their resolution;
- regular reporting to line management on client side.

Would be a plus:
- experience in the field of telecommunications;
- understanding of Telecom Network Architecture;
- bid management experience;
- experience in project management of ready-made IT solutions implementation and customization;
- experience in managing multiple projects: setting goals, tracking the status;
- experience in analyzing project risks and pitfalls, recommending solutions.
