In frames of extending collaboration, we are looking for a talented Business Analyst who enjoys solving complex challenges in sophisticated software systems.

You will be involved in a cross-national team, build innovative products within collaborative, cross-functional teams and ensure adherence to multiple coding disciplines and standards, and contribute to its stability. As the pioneer and trendsetter of the virtual healthcare service provider in the world, your highly visible contributions will be used by millions of people each year.

A mature Business Analyst with more than 2 years of experience in IT. Able to effectively own the software solution initiation phase as well as work with existing software systems to boost its performance for our clients and combine both – strategic and technical focuses. We expect the Business Analyst to be able to own the product management part (being a Proxy PO for the team).

A professional showing a deep understanding of

Enterprise business operations and specifics, especially from an IT perspective
Enterprise digital transformation
Good knowledge of software development specifics and methodologies (e. g. Waterfall, Agile)
Excellent knowledge of key business analysis tasks, elements, and techniques (Babok)
Understanding of management principles and project management specifics
Excellent knowledge of business process modeling
Concept of prototyping and modeling tools
Good English knowledge (Upper-intermediate+).

Translating the Market Requirements into Product Requirements suitable for Engineering to act on
Prioritizing requirements and defining scope to meet client needs in a timely manner given available resources
Managing the entire feature lifecycle, from planning and definition through implementation, testing, and deployment
Serving as the product owner in Agile/SCRUM development process; writing user stories, grooming the backlog, and leading sprint planning
Providing engineering point of view to customer product management team (explain constraints/resolution plans/ budget influence etc)
Defining 'as-is' state for the enterprise business solution, modeling 'to be' state, identifying and assessing gaps, proposing improvements
Developing a business case to assess the feasibility of possible solutions or investments
Standardizing the collection of business and solution requirements, utilizing best practices for effective facilitation, requirements' elicitation, documenting, and prototyping, and modeling to ensure the solution meets the business needs
Establishing and following requirements' lifecycle process
Conducting stakeholder analysis, planning communication strategy by taking into consideration its results and project specifics
Managing solution scope
Establishing the change management process where applicable

Be part of the team that is responsible for cooperation with the customer to define the needs, inception, new software solutions, and running proof of concept projects leading to business success, as well as leading complex, multi-disciplinary software engineering process which deliver proof of exceptional value to Company and customers
Live in dynamic product/solution lifecycle and keep all in one head: strategic, business, and technical focuses, software solution development excellence, customer experience, and feedback
Work closely with Program/Project Managers to confirm alignment of the requirements' management plan, with the overall project management plan for each initiative, contribute to risk management, facilitate discussions
