Requirements
· 6+ years of global IT sales experience as a consistent top performer, with at least 2 years in a team lead/director role
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage, coach, and develop other team members
· Experienced in analyzing top of the funnel metrics, sales pipeline quality, revenue influenced across different technologies and industries
· Deep understanding of the IT outsourcing industry, its various service directions, sales cycles for different industries and company sizes, as well as modern software engineering technologies and frameworks
· Experience with proactive selling to SMB and enterprise, RFP and RFI response orchestration
· Definitely a "doer" with a strong business mindset and hands-on approach
· Fluency in English (C1-C2), knowledge of additional language would be an advantage
· Willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed
· Very good presentation skills

Responsibilities
· Driving new business revenue generation and meeting assigned annual sales quotas consistently
· Day to day leading, motivating and measuring the team performance to ensure individual and team budgets and objectives are achieved
· Conducting regular pipeline reviews with the members of the sales team and supervising their performance vs KPIs
· Drive engagement and collaboration with interfacing departments, in particular delivery, pre-sales, marketing, HR, finance to build trusted relationship as well as develop integrated plans and strategies to achieve business goals
· Preparing sales forecasts and KPIs for organisational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning
· Defining and coordinating sales training programs that enable staff (SMs, SDRs, Lead Gens) to achieve their potential
· Carrying an individual sales quota as well as participating in closing strategic opportunities
· Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis
