YOU ARE:

Fluent in English;
The one with at least 1 year of commercial experience;
Critical thinker and problem-solver;
Team player;
Skilled in time-management;
Having great interpersonal and communication skills;
Excellent at organizing and multitasking;
Having a proven ability to take responsibility.

YOU WANT TO:

Take part in the new clients' integration;
Report on a regular basis;
Maintain constant communication with support teams and the client;
Make sure that support processes are built to an appropriate quality level;
Train support teams and supervisors;
Proactively mediate and resolve any client concerns etc.
Monitor service quality;
Monitor team discipline and ensuring corporate culture within the team;
Take care of an internal product documentation.
