Recruitment Researcher (offline)

We are looking for a Recruitment Researcher to assist us with our recruiting processes. You will be responsible not just for searching and screening candidates, but for making sure Belkins is successful with it’s recruitment strategy! We offer vast opportunities for your self-development: we would be glad to promote you to a full-time Recruiter upon your excellent results.

As a Recruitment Researcher, you will:

∙ Search for candidates (tech and non-tech positions), build and maintain a pipeline of candidates;
∙ Perform pre-screening to analyze candidates’ abilities;
∙ Post vacancies on various job boards,
∙ Actively communicate with candidates and recruiters.

You will definitely be successful in this role if you:

∙ Have passion about recruitment and able to work independently with minimum supervision;
∙ Are able to manage working time efficiently and keep high-quality database records (we use BambooHR);
∙ Possess good communication skills and willingness to learn fast;
∙ Have an Upper-intermediate level of English.
∙ Are a self-driven and responsible problem solver;
