About the project
Сloud-based SaaS tools supporting the mobile device life cycle. Tools are servicing 500+M subscribers in 17 languages, deployed more successful device support solutions than any other provider on the planet. Last year the tools handled more than 60 million interactions from clients across 6 continents. The projects are targeted for customer self-service and call centers of telecommunication. They include self-service solutions for client's customer interaction, agent-facing, and retail support solutions set the industry standard and continuously meet and exceed our clients' expectations.

About the candidate
We are searching for a person who will command the overall responsibility – internal as well as external facing - for the specific SaaS product(s) developed by the global Speedperform development teams.
This includes but is not limited to defining product roadmap strategy, top-level feature descriptions, user story (use cases) writing (including UI/UX design alignment) and end-to-end planning and execution of development activities (including SW QA and UAT).
The TPO maintains relationships within the organization by adhering to the defined processes and standards for the above-mentioned tasks and working in close cooperation with the project management team to assign internal team resources as agreed.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience managing and leading a team;
• Experience in process documentation creation and working in/admin the project management tracking tools (JIRA);
• Experience in tactical planning, organization, and execution to advance departmental goals and objectives;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to listen and empathize with others, convey confidence, resolve conflict, and build trust and loyalty;
• Ability to diagnose and diffuse situations to solve customer concerns;
• Ability to prioritize and spot quickly urgent issues that need immediate attention

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain product roadmap in cooperation with the CEO and Sale & Marketing team;
• Define product feature descriptions;
• Breakdown of product features to user stories (use cases);
• Ensure UX/UI to support the defined user stories;
• Plan project execution with the project management team;
• Plan QA activities with the QA team;
