Middle Project Manager (offline)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of work in a similar position, working with creative teams, art teams, development teams;
- understanding of the project management process at different stages - from estimation to delivery of the finished result;
- strict adherence to timelines and budget;
- ability to solve complex communication problems when communicating with a client;
- excellent communication skills;
- English (Upper-Intermediate / Advanced / Proficiency);
- work with JIRA or other systems for tracking tasks and time;

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- project management at all its stages;
- management of teams within projects;
- organization of the project infrastructure: communication channels, JIRA project);
- maintaining transparent communication with the client within the project;
- transmission and analysis of feedback on the results of the team’s work together with the team leader;
- estimation of requests for new projects in close cooperation with the BusDev team;
- control over the execution of tasks by the team on time and within the agreed estimate.
