Customer Support Manager (m/f/x) with advanced English and German (offline)

Responsibilities

Supporting German- and English-speaking customers by chat and phone by explaining to them everything related to our products.
Updating customer details in our CRM system.
Onboarding new customers and educating them on how to work with our products.
Working closely with the local and international sales departments on improving services and products and delivering customers’ wishes and ideas to our development department.
Assisting in implementing our marketing and sales campaigns.

Requirements

Completed commercial education and motivation to receive professional experience in customer service.
Good technical background and understanding of how IT products work.
Advanced English and German skills — they are very important to communicate professionally with international customers, partners, and colleagues.
Communication skills and empathy, so you can easily put yourself in the customers’ shoes and quickly clarify their concerns.
Nothing may disturb you, even the most stressful customer.
You are a team player who is eager to learn and likes to take responsibility.

As a plus

Experience in dealing with Amazon professionally.
Other language skills (French or Italian would be the cherry on the cake).
